To be eligible for a warranty exchange, all of the following must apply to your insoles:
The product is defective due to manufacturing error. Note: Reasons due to wear or unintended use are not covered.
The product must have been purchased online at www.mass4d.com, within the last 365 days.
The insoles pass our warranty inspection, as noted below.
** All insoles purchased directly from a MASS4D® provider must be returned to a MASS4D® provider for warranty review and submission.
